ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. During this time, you will receive a confirmation email with an update on the status of your order.

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped via courier.

Delivery times for the United States are estimated at 7 to 14 business days from the shipping date.

A flat shipping rate applies to all orders, unless free shipping is active (where available).

Note: we currently do not ship to Africa or South America.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to many countries.

We currently do not ship to Africa or South America.

If calculated shipping rates are active, costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (including VAT, where applicable), applied once the shipment reaches the destination country. BauPaw is not responsible for these costs, which remain the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. In that case, the full order amount will be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at officialbaupaw@gmail.com with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
